摘　　要：体教融合是新时代体育高质量发展的一个聚焦点和生长点。体育怎样与教育有机结合,这是教育界和体育界长期关注的课题之一。徐家杰在武汉体育学院任教和从事管理工作过程中,坚持把教育学规律原理融入体育教学实践中,并进行理论与实践的探索。尤其是自改革开放以来,他知行合一,阐释自己的教育体育观和体育教育理念,倡导以完人教育确立体育教育目的,以爱国主义培养体育精神,以素质教育引领体育教学改革,以成人教育拓展体育育人渠道,以系统论指引体育教学管理。当下,体教融合成为新时代的新命题,有必要对徐家杰体育教育观予以梳理分析,并从中获得启示。The integration of sports and education is a focal point and growth point for the high-quality development of sports in the new era.The method of organically integrating sports with education is one of the long-term concerns of the education and sports communities.In the teaching process of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education,Xu Jiajie persisted in integrating the principles of educational laws into physical education teaching practice,and conducted theoretical and practical explorations.Especially since the reform and opening up,he insists the unity of knowledge and action;he actively explores his own views on education and sports,and elucidates unique insights and sports education concepts.It proposes to cultivate the sports spirit with patriotism,lead the reform of physical education with quality education,expand the channels of physical education with adult education,and guide the management of physical education with systems theory in order to establish the purpose of physical education.At present,the integration of sports and education has become a new proposition in the new era.It is necessary to sort out Xu Jiajie's views on physical education,and obtain inspiration from them.
