新工科背景下基于模糊层次分析法的机械类大学生工程素质模型研究

摘　　要：新工科建设要求高校的人才培养模式更加强调“复合交叉”与“协同创新”,即侧重跨学科、跨领域、跨行业人才的培养。大学生工程素质模型是推动新工科建设的核心内容之一。针对机械学科,研究新工科教育对机械类人才的能力需求,分析新工科创新能力培养体系构成要素的结构与功能,明确机械类大学生工程素质的具体内涵以及核心能力要素,构建机械类工科大学生工程素质模型,形成素质评价指标体系。The new engineering construction requires that the talent training mode of colleges and universities lay more emphasis on"composite cross"and"collaborative innovation",that is,focusing on the training of interdisciplinary,cross-field and cross-industry talents.College students'engineering quality model is one of the core contents to promote the new engineering construction.As for machinery,the paper studies the new engineering education of mechanical talent ability demand,analyzes the new engineering innovation ability training system components of the structure and function,defines the specific connotation of mechanical college students'engineering quality and core ability elements,builds mechanical engineering college students engineering quality model,forms the quality evaluation index system.
