摘  要:目的对儿科门诊护理管理中应用不同层级护理人员搭配管理方法的价值进行分析。方法选择2020年7月—2022年7月期间于泰安市妇幼保健医院儿科门诊任职的21名护理人员,以2021年7月为时间节点,2020年7月—2021年7月期间采取常规管理,2021年8月—2022年7月期间基于常规管理,增加不同层级护理人员搭配管理方法,对比两种管理模式下护理人员工作质量、工作效能、职业心理素质和工作满意度。结果不同层级护理人员搭配管理模式下护理人员在护患沟通、护理记录书写、药品清点、消毒隔离、健康体检和病历记录等各方面的工作质量评分均高于常规管理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同层级护理人员搭配管理模式下护理人员工作效能和心理动力、心理能力、自我适应、环境适应和心理品格等职业心理素质评分均高于常规管理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同层级护理人员搭配管理模式下护理人员工作满意度为95.24%,高于常规管理的61.90%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同层级护理人员搭配管理在儿科门诊护理管理中效果明显,可有效提高护理人员工作质量和工作满意度,强化护理人员心理素质,值得作为主要的管理方法加以推广。Objective To analyze the value of applying different levels of nursing staff collocation management in pediatric outpatient nursing management.Methods 21 nurses working in the department of pediatric outpatient of Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected,with July 2021 as the time node.From July 2020 to July 2021,conventional management was adopted,and from August 2021 to July 2022,based on conventional management,different levels of nursing staff collocation management was added.The work quality,work efficiency,occupational psychological quality and job satisfaction of nursing staff were compared under the two management modes.Results Under different levels of nursing staff collocation management mode,the work quality scores of nursing staff in nurse-patient communication,nursing record writing,drug inventory,disinfection and isolation,health examination and medical record were higher than those of conventional management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Under different levels of nursing staff collocation management mode,nursing staff work efficiency,psychological motivation,psychological ability,self-adaptation,environmental adaptation and psychological quality scores were higher than those under conventional management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Under different levels of nursing staff collocation management mode,the job satisfaction of nursing staff was 95.24%,higher than that of conventional management(61.90%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of different levels of nursing staff collocation management in pediatric outpatient nursing management is obvious,can effectively improve the quality of nursing staff and job satisfaction,strengthen the psychological quality of nursing staff,worthy of promotion as the main management method.
