研究多维结构化消毒隔离管理在血液科中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析多维结构化消毒隔离管理在血液科的应用价值。方法选取2021年3月—2022年3月阜宁县人民医院血液科的30名工作人员进行观察,其中2021年3—9月期间,执行常规消毒隔离管理措施,2021年10月—2022年3月期间,执行多维结构化消毒隔离管理,比较不同管理方式下的效果。结果多维结构化管理下,工作人员对各项消毒隔离知识掌握度评分高于常规管理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多维结构化消毒管理期间院感发生率为0,低于常规管理(13.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医废弃物管理(100.00%)、手卫生(100.00%)及其他个人卫生(96.67%)合格率均较高,优于常规管理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多维结构化消毒隔离管理用于血液科管理,可以有效提升工作人员对消毒隔离知识的了解度,减少院感的发生率,确保各项消毒隔离工作的合格率,全力保障工作人员和患者的安全。Objective To analyze the application value of multidimensional structured disinfection and isolation management in the hematology department.Methods 30 staff members of the Department of Hematology in Funing People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected for observation,conventional disinfection and isolation management measures were implemented from March to September 2021,and mostly structured disinfection and isolation management was implemented from October 2021 to March 2022,compared the effects under different management methods.Results Under multi-dimensional structured disinfection management,staff scored higher in knowledge of various disinfection and isolation measures compared with those under conventional management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nosocomial infection was 0 during multi-dimensional structured disinfection management,which was lower than under conventional management(13.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pass rate of medical waste management(100.00%),hand hygiene(100.00%)and other personal hygiene(96.67%)under multi-dimensional structured management were higher than under conventional management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidimensional structured disinfection and isolation management used in hematology department management can effectively improve the staff's knowledge of disinfection and isolation,reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection,ensure the passing rate of all disinfection and isolation work,and fully protect the safety of staff and patients.
