摘 要:目的分析消化内科临床护理管理中实施护士分层管理模式的效果。方法选取2021年6—12月长沙市第四医院消化内科工作的护士22名和收治的患者61例为传统组,该时段开展传统管理模式。选取2022年1—6月本院消化内科工作的护士22名和收治的患者61例为分层管理组,该时段开展护士分层管理模式。比较两组管理后护士自我效能、管理服务质量、工作积极性以及患者的满意率。结果与传统组相比,分层管理组管理后的护士自我效能、管理服务质量、工作积极性和患者的满意率均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消化内科实施临床护理管理时,传统管理模式和护士分层管理模式均可起到一定管理效果,但后者明显更好,能够帮助护士提高自我效能,更好的从事管理工作,保障管理服务质量,且患者的满意率较高。Objective To analyze the effect of implementing a nurse stratified management model in clinical nursing management of Gastroenterology.Methods From June to December 2021,22 nurses and 61 patients admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of Changsha Fourth Hospital were selected as the traditional group,and the traditional management mode was carried out during this period.From January to June 2022,22 nurses and 61 patients admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital were selected as the hierarchical management group,and the hierarchical management mode of nurses was carried out during this period.The self-efficacy,management service quality,work motivation and patient satisfaction rate of nurses after management were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the traditional group,nurses'self-efficacy,management service quality,work enthusiasm and patient satisfaction rates in the hierarchical management group after the management were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions When implementing clinical nursing management in gastroenterology department,both traditional management model and nurse stratified management model can play a certain management effect,but the latter is significantly better,can help nurses improve self-efficacy,better engage in management work,safeguard the quality of management services,and the patient's satisfaction rate is high.
