摘 要:目的 评估含有不同浓度纳米氧化锌(ZnOnps)的义齿软衬材料在不同储存时间的抗真菌、物理和机械性能。方法 将0、5%、10%、15%(质量百分浓度)的ZnOnps或15%(质量百分浓度)的制霉菌素(Nys)加入到义齿软衬材料中(对照组、5Zn组、10Zn组、15Zn组和Nys组),并在(37±1)℃的去离子水中储存24 h、7 d和14 d。采用直接接触试验(n=6)评价纳米氧化锌对白色念珠菌的抗真菌作用。根据国际标准化组织101391对渗透深度(n=6)和拉伸黏接强度(n=8)进行评估。结果 各组在存放第1天时白色念珠菌计数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),存放第7、14天时比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组相比,15Zn组抗真菌作用导致白色念珠菌计数在所有储存时间均显著减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,Nys组抗真菌作用仅在第1天表现出最大的降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各组在存放第1、7、14天时针入深度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),随着时间的推移,各组的穿透深度均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各组在储存第1、7、14天时拉伸黏结强度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与第1天相比,所有组在第7天和第14天的平均拉伸黏接强度显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 15Zn可提供长达14 d的抗真菌效果,对渗透深度和拉伸结合强度无不良影响。Objective The antifungal,physical and mechanical properties of denture soft lining materials containing different concentrations of nano zinc oxide(ZnOnps)at other storage times(0,7,and 14 days)evaluated.Methods Add 0,5%,10%,15%(weight%)of ZnOnps or 15%(weight%)of nystatin(Nys)to the denture soft lining materials(control group,5Zn group,10Zn group,15Zn group and Nys group),and store them in deionized water at(37±1)℃for 24 hours,7 days and 14 days.Direct contact test(n=6)was used to evaluate its antifungal effect on Candida albicans suspension.Penetration depth(n=6)and tensile bond strength(n=8)were evaluated according to ISO101391.Results There was a statistically significant difference in the count of Candida albicans in each group on the first day of storage(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference on the seventh and fourteenth days of storage.Compared with the control group,the antifungal effect of 15Zn group led to a significant decrease in the count of Candida albicans at all storage times,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the antifungal effect of Nys group decreased the most only on the first day,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the penetration depth of each group on the 1st,7th and 14th day of storage(P>0.05),but the penetration depth of each group decreased significantly with the passage of time,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in tensile bond strength between the groups on the 1st,7th and 14th day of storage(P>0.05).Compared with the first day,the average tensile bond strength of all groups increased significantly on the 7th and 14th day,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 15Zn can provide antifungal effect for up to 14 days without adverse effects on penetration depth and tensile bond strength.
