高职院校课程思政背景下党建与业务融合发展模式探析

摘　　要：课程思政背景下党建与业务“五位一体”融合发展模式要注重政治建设与制度建设工作相融合、作风建设与教学管理工作相融合、思想建设与学生管理工作相融合、组织建设与服务管理工作相融合、反腐倡廉建设与师德师风建设相融合;要加强顶层设计,将课程思政纳入“三全育人”体系,通过党建与业务有机融合创新课程思政模式,尝试构建融合协同运行机制,促进大思政格局建设。Under the background of ideological and political education through all curricula,the five-sphere integrated development mode of Party building and professional work should focus on the integration of raising political awareness and institutional development,promoting ethical standards and teaching management,the ideological work and student management,improving the organizational structures and service management,combating corruption and advocating clean politics and teaching ethics construction.It is necessary to strengthen top-level design and incorporate ideological and political education through all curricula into the Sanquan education system.Through the organic integration of Party building and professional work,this paper proposes innovating the mode of ideological and political education through all curricula and constructing an integrated and collaborative operation mechanism to promote the pattern of great ideological and political education.
