摘　　要：分析核电厂备件采购供方、进度、成本、时机等代表性供应链难题,提出深层剖析、系统解决与建立长效机制的解决问题方法,最后制定出系统策略应对措施,以期为工程建设转入生产运行的备件采购活动提供参考借鉴。This paper analyzes representative supply chain challenges such as supplier,schedule,cost,and timing in the procurement of spare parts for nuclear power plants,propose in-depth analysis,systematic solutions,and establish long-term mechanisms to solve these problems.Finally,develop systematic strategic response measures,in order to provide reference for spare parts procurement activities when engineering construction enters production and operation.
