摘　　要：建筑施工企业的核心竞争力在于合理解决资源占用和分配问题,基于对多个项目群工程研究,建立项目群资源配置的基本流程和方法,提出资源需求优先级的评价标准,并构建考虑隐性资源和显性资源的资源配置多目标规划模型,对基础设施建设项目群管理研究和应用提供依据和参考。The core competitiveness of construction enterprises is to reasonably solve the problem of resource occupation and allocation.Based on the research of multiple program engineering,this paper establishes the basic process and method of program resource allocation,puts forward the evaluation criteria of resource demand priority,and constructes the multi-objective programming model of resource allocation considering implicit resources and explicit resources,which provides the basis and reference for the research and application of infrastructure program management.
