摘　　要：针对工程管理专业人才传统培养实验教学中教学平台单一、重现建造过程难、实验教学成本高等问题,通过系统分析工程管理专业发展、行业及社会对人才培养的新需求,提出并构建满足新发展理念下创新人才核心能力培养需求的工程管理专业虚拟仿真教学内容、教学平台及资源建设体系。最后,讨论某工程管理专业虚拟仿真教学研究探索、实践情况及效果。研究成果期望能为工程管理类专业虚拟仿真教学以及为土木工程新型人才培养提供有益的参考和指导。Aiming at the problems of single teaching platform,difficult to reproduce the construction process and high cost of experimental teaching in the traditional training of engineering management talents,this study systematically analyzed the development of engineering management specialty,the new demand of industry and society for talent training.The virtual simulation teaching content,teaching platform and resource construction system of engineering management major are proposed and constructed to meet the needs of cultivating the core competence of innovative talents under the new development concept.Finally,the research exploration,practice and effect of virtual simulation teaching for engineering management major are discussed.It is expected that the research results can provide useful reference and guidance for the virtual simulation teaching of engineering management major and the training of new civil engineering talents.
