摘 要:重大工程的实施过程中往往伴随着创新合作的发生,然而在创新合作网络中处于核心位置的企业是否都具有较好的创新能力仍然存疑。本文从詹天佑奖获奖者所形成的重大工程创新网络中,选取核心网络指标表示创新网络结构作为自变量,选取企业的创新产出水平、创新业务水平、创新人才储备和创新资质等级共同表示创新能力作为因变量,通过QAP分析方法分析创新网络结构与企业创新能力的关系,给企业的创新发展提出建议。The implementation of major projects is often accompanied by the occurrence of innovation cooperation.However,it is still doubtful whether the core enterprises in the innovation cooperation network have the innovation ability This paper selects the core network index to represent the innovation network structure as the independent variable from the major engineering innovation network formed by the winners of Tien-yow Jeme Civil Engineering Prize,and selects the innovation production level,innovation business level,innovation talent reserve and innovation qualification grade to represent the innovation ability as the dependent variable.Through the relationship between QAP innovation network structure and enterprise innovation ability,this paper puts forward some suggestions for enterprise innovation.
