摘 要:随着全球能源日渐紧张和人们环保意识不断提升,新能源汽车在全球范围内愈发受到关注,市场竞争愈发激烈。供应商管理是新能源汽车制造企业提高竞争力的重要手段,本文在研究G新能源汽车公司供应商管理现状的基础上,剖析其在供应商准入过程中存在的选择渠道单一、定点流程粗糙,量产过程中缺乏对供应商的分类和风险管理,以及评价体系不健全、奖惩措施滞后等问题,并提出具体解决策略。With the increasing global energy crisis and growing environmental awareness,new energy vehicles have received more attention worldwide,and market competition has become increasingly fierce.Supplier management is an important means for new energy vehicle manufacturing enterprises to improve their competitiveness.Based on the study of the current status of supplier management in G New Energy Vehicle Company,this paper analyzes the problems that exist in the supplier admission process,such as single selection channels,rough fixed point processes,lack of supplier classification and risk management during mass production,incomplete evaluation systems,and lagging reward and punishment measures,and propose specific solutions.
