摘  要:目的:构建助产专科护士培训效果评价指标,为助产专科护士培训提供参考依据。方法:以柯氏模型为理论框架,采用文献回顾法、德尔菲法及层次分析法,筛选指标并确定指标权重。结果:两轮咨询问卷回收率均为100%,专家的权威系数分别为0.845和0.859,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.295和0.400,经χ2检验,均P<0.05。最终确定的助产专科护士培训效果评价指标包括4个一级指标,14个二级指标,72个三级指标。结论:构建的评价指标具有科学性、可靠性和实用性,对评价助产专科护士培训效果具有指导意义。Objective:To establish an evaluation index system for midwifery specialist nurses training effect,and to provide reference for midwifery specialist nurses training.Methods:Taking the Kirkpatrick's Model as the theoretical framework,the literature review method,Delphi expert consulting method and analytic hierarchy method were used to screen the indicators and determine the weight of the indicators.Results:The effective questionnaire return rate of the two rounds of consultation were 100%.The authority coefficients were 0.845 and 0.859 respectively,and the consulting coordination coefficient Kendall's W values were 0.295 and 0.400 respectively.The training effect evaluation index system included 4 primary indicators,14 secondary indicators and 72 tertiary indicators.Conclusion:The evaluation index system is reliable and practical,which can provide reference for evaluating the training effect of midwifery specialist nurses.
