摘 要:本文以“情感—理性—卷入度”模型为基础,面向城市居民检验绿色低碳信息对提升其绿色低碳行为态度与行为水平的作用路径和效果,以期为引导公众践行绿色低碳行为、构建绿色低碳生活方式的信息传播与社会倡导优化提供实证参考。研究发现,政策与知识信息、行动反馈信息与社交示范信息等三类关键的绿色低碳信息主要通过激发个体生成积极正面的情感体验,改善公众对绿色低碳行为的态度。基于理性与情感两种认知机制形成的公众对信息质量的评价在此过程中发挥中介作用。绿色低碳行为态度的提升会促进公众践行绿色低碳行为,私人领域的绿色低碳实践还会促进公众在公共领域中参与更广泛的绿色低碳行动。Based on the Affect-Reason-Involvement Model,the current study examined the paths and effects of low-carbon messages on enhancing the attitudes and behaviors of urban residents to provide empirical references for optimizing message dissemination and social advocacy to guide the public to practice green lowcarbon behaviors and build a green low-carbon lifestyle.This study found three types of green low-carbon information,including policy and knowledge information,action feedback information,and social modeling information,mainly stimulated positive emotional experiences and enhanced attitudes toward green low-carbon behaviors.The publics information quality evaluation mediated the relationship between cognitive mechanisms and green low-carbon behavior attitude.The enhancement of attitudes toward green low-carbon behaviors would promote more engagement in green low-carbon behaviors,among which green low-carbon practices in the private sphere will also enable the publics participation in a broader range of green lowcarbon actions in the public sphere.
