摘  要:近年来中国日益成为全球气候变化治理的积极力量,向世界庄严承诺力争2030年实现碳达峰、2060年实现碳中和,并将积极应对气候变化融入到长期可持续发展的国家愿景中。然而,中国在气候领域的积极举措在全球层面的实际影响却尚未受到学者关注,其对于中国整体的国际形象助推效果尚且有限。以气候治理的“战略传播”为理念框架,基于对美国公众的在线调查(N=710),发现中国的气候治理形象与国家总体形象在美国受众心目中存在一定差异,气候治理形象好于国家形象,但同时美国民众对中国的气候行动的实际认知相当有限。调查同时表明,气候治理的“责任政治”理念在气候传播中同样适用,相比强调经济和科技发展,提高国内的政治稳定形象及展示出积极承担气候责任的大国形象更有利于提升我国的气候影响力。In recent years,China has increasingly become an active force in global climate change governance,making solemn commitments to the world to achieve carbon peaking by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060,and integrating active responses to climate change into its national vision of long-term sustainable development.However,the actual impact of Chinas positive climate initiatives at the global level has not yet been noticed by scholars,making the boost to Chinas overall international image still limited.Based on an online survey of the U.S.public(N=710),the study found that the image of Chinas climate governance differs somewhat from the overall image of the country among U.S.audiences,with the image of climate governance being better than the image of the country,but at the same time,the actual perception of Chinas climate actions among the U.S.public is quite limited.The survey also shows that the“climate governance”image of China is more important than the national image.The survey also suggests that the“politics of responsibility”concept of climate governance is also applicable to climate communication,and that improving the image of domestic political stability and demonstrating the image of an active climate power is more conducive to enhancing Chinas climate influence than emphasizing economic and technological development.
