摘  要:培养医学生的隐性职业素养不仅是传承传统医学文化的关键举措,促进现代医学教育发展的内在要求,还是缓解日趋严峻的医患矛盾、提升医学生竞争力的现实需要与应然选择。因此,亟需立足德医融合背景,通过转变观念、优化课程、创设情境、拓展活动,探索医学生隐性职业素养培养的可行路径,为国家培育高素质医学人才建言献策。Cultivating the implicit professional literacy of medical students is not only a key measure to inherit traditional medical culture and an inherent requirement to promote the development of modern medical education,but also a practical need and necessary choice to alleviate the increasingly severe doctor-patient conflict and enhance the competitiveness of medical students.Therefore,it is urgent to explore feasible paths for cultivating medical students’implicit professional literacy through changing concepts,optimizing courses,creating scenarios,and expanding activities,based on the background of the integration of morality and medicine,in order to provide suggestions and suggestions for the cultivation of high-quality medical talents in the country.
