摘　　要：大麻二酚(CBD)是从工业大麻中分离出来的非精神活性物质,是工业大麻中含量第二高的化合物,在人体内不会与大麻素受体结合,能有效消除THC对人体产生的致幻作用,因此也被称为反毒品化合物(anti-marijuana compound),具有对抗炎症、杀菌、止痛、抗焦虑、抗精神病、抗氧化、提高并改善学习及记忆、神经保护、降低肠道运动等功效,可用于治疗厌食症、艾滋病、癫痫、多发性动脉硬化、帕金森病、预防心肌梗死、抑制神经胶质瘤细胞转移及抑制性激素分泌等。综述了CBD的抑菌性研究进展,介绍了典型的抑菌药物及其作用,探讨了CBD的作用机制,为CBD的开发及利用提供新思路及理论基础。Cannabidiol(CBD)is a non-psychoactive substance separated from industrial hemp,and is the second highest compound in industrial hemp.It does not bind to cannabinoid receptors in human body,and can effectively eliminate the hallucinogenic effect of THC on human body,so it is also known as the anti-marijuana compound.It has anti-inflammation,sterilization,pain relief,anti-anxiety,anti-psychosis,antioxidant characteristics.It can improve learning and memory,promote neuroprotection,and reduce intestinal movement,etc.It can be used to treat anorexia,AIDS,epilepsy,multiple arteriosclerosis and Parkinson’s disease;prevent myocardial infarction;inhibit glioma cell metastasis;and inhibit sex hormone secretion,etc.The research progress on the bacteriostasis of CBD is reviewed,the typical bacteriostat medicine and its function is introduced,and the function mechanism of CBD is explored,to provide a new idea and theoretical basis for the development and utilization of CBD.
