摘 要:基于三维扫描点云数据计算卧式罐容量的计量方法,可解决传统卧式罐容量计量方法效率低、工作强度大、精度差等问题。该方法利用三维激光扫描仪获取卧式罐的空间点云数据,然后对点云数据进行预处理并对预处理后的数据进行建模,应用“三角形面积积分法”和“截面积高度积分法”计算软件计算不同液位高度对应的卧式罐容积值。通过与传统计量方法——容量比较法和几何测量法测量结果进行比较,验证了该方法的可行性。基于三维扫描的卧式罐容量计量方法,测量精度能够满足卧式罐计量标准要求,容积检定工作效率也大幅度提升。The measurement method of calculating the capacity of horizontal tanks based on 3D scanning point cloud data can solve the problems of low efficiency,high work intensity,and poor accuracy of traditional horizontal tank capacity measurement methods.This method uses a 3D laser scanner to obtain spatial point cloud data of a horizontal tank,and preprocesses the point cloud data and models the preprocessed data.The calculation software of triangle area integration method and cross section height integration method are used to calculate the volume values of the horizontal tank corresponding to different liquid levels.The feasibility of this method was verified by comparing the measurement results with traditional measurement methods which are capacity comparison method and geometri c measurement method,showing that the horizontal tank capacity measurement method based on 3D scanning could meet the measurement accuracy requirements of horizontal tank measurement standards,and the efficiency of volume verification work was also greatly improved.
