摘　　要：医学人文执业能力是在医疗实践中人文知识与人文素养的应用与展示,在临床医疗实践中具有举足轻重的作用。临床技能实践教学为加强医学生在医疗实践中人文感知与践行能力、医患沟通与团队合作能力提供支持,是加强医学人文理论与实践能力教育,培养适应时代发展的医术精湛、医德高尚、身心健康的卓越医师的重要途径。Medical humanistic practice ability is the application and display of humanistic knowledge and humanistic quality in medical practice,and is an important content of clinical medical practice.Clinical skill practice teaching is an important way to strengthen medical students’humanistic perception and practice ability,doctor-patient communication and team cooperation ability in medical practice,to strengthen the education of medical humanistic theory and practice ability,and to cultivate excellent doctors with excellent medical skills,noble medical ethics and physical and mental health to meet the development of The Times.
