摘 要:妇科恶性肿瘤是严重威胁女性生命健康的常见疾病,主要包括宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌和卵巢癌。妇科恶性肿瘤的死亡率较高且预后较差,探寻有效预防和降低妇科恶性肿瘤发病风险的因素成为当务之急。膳食总抗氧化能力是食物中含有的所有抗氧化物质累积的抗氧化能力的指标,反映总抗氧化物质对疾病的综合影响。目前,人们对膳食总抗氧化能力与妇科恶性肿瘤发病的关系仍有许多争议。因此,本文系统总结了二者关系的研究进展。Gynecological malignancies,including cervical,endometrial,and ovarian cancers,are common diseases that seriously threaten women’s life and health.Because of their high mortality rates and poor prognoses,it is important to explore factors that effectively prevent and reduce the risk of gynecological malignancies.Dietary total antioxidant capacity(TAC)is an index of the accumulated antioxidant capacity of all antioxidants in food,which reflects the comprehensive effect of total antioxidants on diseases.At present,there are still many disputes about the relationship between dietary TAC and the incidence of gynecological malignancies.This article systematically reviews and summarizes the research progress of the relationship between dietary TAC and the incidence of gynecological malignancies.
