摘 要:在“一带一路”建设背景下,我国与东盟地区的经济往来和农业服务领域不断加深,面向东盟的园艺专业国际型人才需求也在不断地升高。新形势下对人才培养提出了新需求,为了满足面向东盟服务的需求,提高高职园艺专业人才的培养质量,文章以广西农业职业技术大学园艺专业人才培养为例,重构了在“资源”“学制”和“教学方式”上三融通的人才培养模式,以“广西农业职业教育集团”牵头搭建了“八平台”国际化人才培养平台,建设了面向东盟的园艺专业的课程、教材、课件和教学视频等教学资源库,建立了“动态评价和静态评价相统一”的人才培养评价体系。实践结果表明,面向东盟高职园艺专业“三融通+八平台”人才培养改革了人才培养模式、搭建了人才培养平台、建设了课程资源库、优化了课程评价体系,使园艺人才培养与面向东盟人才培养需求相接轨,有效提高了高职园艺专业人才培养质量,为高等职业院校在开展面向国际化需求的人才培养、课程资源建设和深入产教融合合作提供了路径参考。Under the background of“the Belt and Road”construction,the economic exchanges and agricultural service fields between China and ASEAN are deepening,and the demand for international talents of horticulture specialty oriented to ASEAN is also increasing.Under the new situation,new demands are put forward for talent training.In order to meet the needs of ASEAN service and improve the training quality of horticultural professionals in higher vocational colleges,this paper takes the cultivation of horticultural professionals in Guangxi Agricultural Vocational Technical University as an example,reconstructs the talent cultivation mode of“resources”,“educational system”and“teaching methods”to realize the“Three Integration”,and takes the“Guangxi Agricultural Vocational Education Group”as the lead to build an“Eight-Platform”international talent cultivation platform,and builds a teaching resource library of horticultural courses,textbooks,courseware and teaching videos for ASEAN.The talent cultivation evaluation system of“the Unification of Dynamic Evaluation and Static Evaluation”is established.The practice results show that the“Three Integration+Eight Platform”talent cultivation mode for horticulture specialty in higher vocational colleges oriented to ASEAN has reformed the talent cultivation model,built the talent cultivation platform,constructed the course resource base,and optimized the course evaluation system,so that the cultivation of horticulture talents is in line with the training needs of ASEAN talents,and effectively improved the cultivation quality of horticulture professionals in higher vocational colleges.It provides a path reference for higher vocational colleges to carry out personnel cultivation,curriculum resource construction and in-depth cooperation in the integration of production and education.
