摘　　要：李商隐《公子》(外戚封侯自有恩)一诗的创作时间和诗旨尚无定论,叶葱奇和邓中龙两位先生将其系在唐宣宗大中二年(848),但此说还需进一步商榷。结合现实文献与出土墓志,将此诗的创作时间系于唐文宗开成二年(837)李商隐进士及第之时,并得出对时政的暗喻、本研究心态以及戏咏皇室姻亲三种诗旨的推测,对于研究李商隐的科举之路及其对于政治心态的研究有一定参考。No agreement has been reached on the time and purpose of the creation of Li Shangyin's poem"Gongzi"(an external relatives enjoying a Marquis).Ye Congqi and Deng Zhonglong linked it to the second year of Emperor Xuanzong's Dazhong reign(848),but this theory still needs further verification.Based on the realistic literature and unearthed epitaphs,this paper dates the creation of this poem to the time when Li Shangyin entered the imperial examination in the second year of Emperor Wenzong of Tang's inauguration(837),and draws a conclusion on the three poetic purposes of current politics,namely,metaphor,imperial examination mentality,and dramatical eulogy about royal marriage,which is of reference to the study of Li Shangyin's imperial examination road and his political mentality.
