摘 要:数字经济背景下,数字化转型与创新成为企业紧迫而现实任务。与传统创新相比,数字创新的融合性和生成性特点使其具有前所未有的复杂性。企业需要系统构建数字创新动态能力才能适应数字化经营环境和获取持续竞争优势。以动态能力观为视角,考察了哪些流程、程序、组织结构和指导原则,即动态能力的微观基础,使现有企业能够有效地进行数字创新。通过对15次半结构化专家访谈数据以及补充数据分析与编码,研究发现了数字创新背景下动态能力的感知、捕获和转型三方面的八个关键微观基础。研究结果不仅为数字创新和动态能力理论文献提供了增量贡献,还为企业开展数字创新实践活动提供指导。Under the background of digital economy,digital transformation and innovation have become urgent and realistic tasks for enterprises.Compared with traditional innovation,The convergent and generative characteristics of digital innovation make it more complex than ever.Enterprises need to systematically build dynamic capabilities for digital innovation to adapt to the digital business environment and obtain sustainable competitive advantages.From the perspective of dynamic capability,this paper examines which processes,procedures,organizational structures and guiding principles,that is,the microfoundations of dynamic capability,enable existing enterprises to effectively carry out digital innovation.Through the analysis and coding of 15 semi-structured expert interview data and supplementary data,the study found eight key micro foundations in sensing,seizing and transforming of dynamic capabilities in the context of digital innovation.The research results not only provide incremental contributions to the theoretical literature of digital innovation and dynamic capabilities,but also provide guidance for enterprises to carry out digital innovation practice activities.
