摘　　要：目的探讨儿童嗜酸性粒细胞胃肠炎伴多浆膜腔积液的临床特点,提高对该病认识。方法回顾性分析吉林大学第二医院儿科收治的1例儿童嗜酸性粒细胞胃肠炎伴多浆膜腔积液患者的临床资料,并复习相关文献。结果本例为12岁女孩,以间歇性腹痛、多浆膜腔积液为首发症状入院,胸腹部电子计算机断层扫描显示有腹水、胸腔积液和少量心包积液,空肠、回肠、结肠肠壁增厚。完善相关检查后确诊为嗜酸性粒细胞胃肠炎,经糖皮质激素及抗过敏治疗后好转。随访1年5个月,患者病情复发,出现腹痛、腹水,给予口服糖皮质激素。症状好转,腹水吸收。结论嗜酸性粒细胞胃肠炎多发生于青壮年,发病率低,临床表现复杂,应早期诊断,避免延误诊治。Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of eosinophilic gastroenteritis(EG)with multiple serous cavity effusion in children and improve understanding of the disease.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of a EG child accompanied by multiple serous cavity effusion admitted to the Department of Pediatrics,the Second Hospital of Jilin University,and relevant literature was reviewed.Results A 12-year-old girl was admitted with intermittent abdominal pain and multiple serous cavity effusion as the initial symptoms.The computed tomography scan of the chest and abdomen showed ascites,pleural effusion,and a small amount of pericardial effusion,as well as thickening of the jejunum,ileum,and colon.After completing relevant examinations,the patient was diagnosed with EG,which improved after receiving glucocorticoid and anti allergic treatment.Follow up for 1 year and 5 months,the patient's condition recurred,with abdominal pain and ascites.Oral corticosteroids were administered.Symptoms improve and ascites were absorbed.Conclusion EG mostly occurs in young adults,with low incidence rate and complex clinical manifestations.It should be diagnosed early to avoid delay in diagnosis and treatment.
