摘  要:为积极推动国家西部大开发战略,促进西部医学继续教育高质量发展,以贵州医科大学成人继续教育学院为例,探讨了西部高校医学继续教育教学质量建设面临的主要问题:教学内容“普教化”倾向、师资配置薄弱、学员“工学矛盾”突出且存在“混文凭”的消极心理和学员成绩考评体系不完善,以及解决这些问题的对策,包括构建适合医学继续教育的教学内容、加强师资队伍建设、采用线上线下相结合的混合式教学、注重学员思想政治教育和完善学员成绩考评体系,以期为提升西部高校医学继续教育的教学质量提供借鉴。In order to actively promote the national strategy of western development and promote the highquality development of western medical continuing education,taking the College of Adult Continuing Education of Guizhou Medical University as an example,this paper discusses the main problems faced by the construction of the teaching quality of western medical continuing education in colleges and universities:the tendency of“popularization”of teaching content,the weak allocation of teachers,the prominent“work-study contradiction”of students,and the negative psychology of“getting a diploma by perfunctory”and the imperfect evaluation system of students’achievements,The countermeasures to solve these problems include:building the teaching content suitable for the continuing medical education,strengthening the construction of the teaching staff,adopting the hybrid teaching method combining online and offline,paying attention to the ideological and political education of students and improving the students’performance evaluation system,in order to provide reference for improving the teaching quality of the continuing medical education in western universities.
