全日制工程硕士专业实践环节存在的问题与对策研究——以中国石油大学(北京)为例

摘　　要：专业实践是专业学位研究生培养的重要环节,是增强专业学位研究生专业实践能力和职业能力的有效途径。专业实践质量对专业学位研究生的培养质量起着基础性、关键性的支撑作用。以中国石油大学(北京)为例,通过问卷调查、毕业生座谈和联合培养基地实地走访等方式,对全日制工程硕士专业实践环节存在的问题进行了深入剖析,提出优化专业实践环节的对策和建议,为提高专业学位研究生培养质量、促进专业学位研究生教育的高质量发展提供了一定的参考。Professional practice is an important link in the training of postgraduates of professional degree and an effective way to enhance their professional practice ability and vocational ability.The quality of professional practice plays a basic and key supporting role in the training quality of postgraduates of professional degree.Taking China University of Petroleum(Beijing)as an example,through questionnaire survey,graduate discussion and field visit of joint training base,this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the professional practice of full-time master of engineering,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the professional practice.In order to improve the training quality of graduates of professional degree,it provides some reference for promoting the sound development of professional postgraduate education.
