摘  要:“美国文学”课程是高校英语类专业高年级的核心课程,寓西方意识形态和主流话语于各类文学作品之中,是学生直接接触西方价值观的主要途径之一。“美国文学”课程作为思想政治教育的重要载体,承担着立德树人的重要任务,有助于学生形成正确的价值取向。结合“美国文学”课程内容及其特点,挖掘思政元素,从品德修养、批判性思辨和文化自信三个方面实施渗透式思想政治教育,综合使用文本细读法、项目教学法和对比式教学法将思想政治教育贯穿课程教学全过程,将显性的文学知识与隐性的课程思政有机结合,以实现培养学生道德修养、批判性思维和本土文化精神的目标。American Literature is one of the key courses offered to the third or fourth year of English majors in China.Western ideology and mainstream discourses are,more often than not,delivered within various American literary texts,through which English learners get to know the traditional values of the West.The course,being instrumental to ideological and political edification,is committed to the task of turning young students into virtuous citizens with appropriate value orientation.Therefore,it is suggested that the teacher,in comply with the content and characteristics of the course,carry out an infiltrative mode of ideological and political edification to enhance student’s morality,critical thinking and cultural confidence.Various approaches such as close reading,project-based teaching and comparative teaching can be combined at the service of ideological and political edification throughout the pedagogic process to integrate explicit literary knowledge with implicit ideological and political education organically,to refine students’moral values,develop their critical thinking and foster their indigenous cultural spirit.
