摘 要:陶瓷灯具作为人们生活空间中重要的照明产品,广受用户关注。为提高陶瓷灯具设计的多样化与人性化,规范陶瓷设计研发流程,提出一种以用户需求为导向的陶瓷灯具设计方法。此方法将Kano、AHP和TOPSIS理论集成应用于陶瓷灯具研发中,首先,通过调研得出用户对于陶瓷灯具16项需求,运用Kano对其划分为5个属性;其次,引入AHP建立层次分析模型,求解各属性需求权重值,明确相对重要的用户需求;最后,采用TOPSIS对根据Kano、AHP结果设计的方案和现有产品等三个方案,进行综合评价,得出最佳设计方案。结果表明,集成Kano、AHP、TOPSIS设计方法指导陶瓷灯具设计具有可行性,该设计方法也可应用于其他产品设计及其他设计领域,以精准定位用户需求,完善设计流程,提升用户满意度。As an essential lighting product in people's living spaces,ceramic lamps and lanterns receive close attention from users.In a bid to boost the diversification and humanization of ceramic lamp design,standardize the ceramic design and development process,and propose a user-oriented ceramic lamp design method.This method integrates Kano,AHP,and TOPSIS theories into the investigation and development of ceramic lamps.Firstly,16 user demands for ceramic lamps were obtained through the survey,and Kano was used to divide them into 5 attributes.Secondly,AHP is introduced to establish an analytic hierarchy model,solve the weight value of each attribute requirement,and clarify the relatively important user requirements.Finally,TOPSIS was used to comprehensively evaluate the three schemes designed according to the results of Kano and AHP and the existing products,and the best design scheme was obtained.The outcomes illustrate that it is feasible to integrate Kano,AHP,and TOPSIS design methods to guide the design of ceramic lamps,and the design methods can also be applied to other product designs and other design fields to accurately locate user demands,enhance the design process,and improve user satisfaction.
