摘  要:新时代要求高校以“立德树人”作为教育的根本任务和一切工作的终极目标,思政教育是落实“立德树人”的重要举措。课堂教学是实现思政教育的主渠道,通过课堂教学这个载体,可以将思政教育与课堂教学有机地结合起来。以“资产评估学”课程为例,从培育职业素养、培养创新精神及引导学生树立正确价值观的需要出发,分析资产评估学课程进行思政教育探索的必要性,将马克思主义价值理论、社会主义核心价值观、创新精神及职业道德素养等思政元素融入课程教学目标,并进行教学内容设计与实践,将立德树人贯穿于学生的知识学习与学力培养中,切实达到育人成效。The Exploration and Teaching Practice on Ideological and Political Education of"Asset Evaluation"Course.“Oster virtue through education”is the fundamental task of education and the ultimate goal of the university education.through the carrier of classroom teaching,Classroom teaching is the main bridge for realizing ideological and political education.The ideological and political education is an important measure to implement it.Starting from the need to cultivate professional quality,cultivate innovative spirit and guide students to establish correct values,the necessity of ideological and political education exploration in asset appraisal courses is analyzed.Taking the"Asset Evaluation"course as an example,this paper fully explores the ideological and political elements in asset evaluation teaching,and enriches the course content by integrating Marxist value theory education,national conditions education,socialist core values education,objective and fair professional ethics education and other ideological and political elements,so as to oster virtue through education by training students'knowledge learning and academic ability,and effectively achieve the effectiveness of educating students.
