摘 要:本文以寺河矿W2305大采高工作面为研究背景,对工作面设备升级改造技术进行了研究,给出了工作面整体改造方案以及地面集中控制系统、顺槽控制系统、视频监测系统、人员精确定位系统、乳化液泵泵站系统等改造方案,分析了智能化综采工作面设备升级改造过程中存在的问题和发展方向,为矿井后期智能化综采工作面设备升级奠定了基础。This paper takes the W2305 large mining height working face of Sihe Mine as the research background,to study the upgrading and transformation technology of working face equipment.The overall transformation plan of the working face,as well as the ground centralized control system,trough control system,video monitoring system,personnel precise positioning system,emulsion pump station system and other transformation plans,are provided.The problems and future development direction in the intelligent fully mechanized mining working face equipment upgrading and transformation process are analyzed,laying the foundation for the upgrade of intelligent fully mechanized mining working face equipment in the later stage of the mine.
