实习护生情绪劳动与专业自我概念认知关系研究

摘　　要：为研究情绪劳动对专业自我概念的影响及二者的关系,运用横断面研究法对某省三甲医院218名实习护生展开调查,结果显示:实习护生的情绪劳动与专业自我概念呈正相关关系,情绪劳动中的表层扮演和深层扮演影响实习护生的专业自我概念认知。高职院校需重视实习护生的情绪劳动与专业自我概念水平,以增设人文课程、增加实习机会等方式促进其情绪劳动与专业自我概念水平的提升。In order to study the influence of emotional labor on professional self-concept and the relationship between them,the study does cross-sectional research among 218 nursing students in the third class A hospitals.The results show that there is positive relationship between emotional labor and professional self-concept of nursing interns,and the surface and deep play in emotional labor affect the professional self-concept of nursing interns.Colleges and universities should pay attention to the emotional labor and professional self-concept of nursing interns,and promote their emotional labor and professional self-concept through the increase of human courses and the opportunity of internship.
