咽旁间隙骨外软骨瘤1例  

One case of extraosseous chondroma in parapharyngeal space

摘　　要：骨外软骨瘤又称软组织软骨瘤,是一种较为少见的起源于骨外软组织的良性软骨肿瘤,多发于手足,亦有个案报道见于腹壁、肺、食管、肝脏、皮肤等部位,原发于咽旁间隙的骨外软骨瘤甚是罕见。2021年5月,青岛大学附属威海市中心医院耳鼻咽喉科收治了1例咽旁间隙骨外软骨瘤患者,现将其临床特点、诊断、治疗及预后总结如下。Extraosseous chondroma,also known as soft tissue chondroma,is a relatively rare benign cartilage tumor originating from extraosseous soft tissue,mostly occurring in hands and feet.Cases have also been reported in abdominal wall,lung,esophagus,liver,skin,and other sites.Extraosseous chondroma originating in parapharyngeal space is very rare.In May 2021,a patient with extraosseous chondroma in the parapharyngeal space was admitted to Department of Otolaryngology,Weihai Central Hospital Affiliated to Qingdao University.The clinical characteristics,diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis are summarized as below.
