摘　　要：酒精使用障碍(alcohol use disorder,AUD)作为严重的社会公共卫生问题,给患者、家庭、社会带来了巨大的疾病负担。目前越来越多的研究表明,AUD患者存在脑功能损害。近年来随着神经成像技术的不断发展,静息态功能磁共振成像技术越来越多地应用于AUD相关的脑功能研究,为AUD病理生理机制的认识提供了新的依据。本文就近年来静息态功能磁共振成像技术在AUD研究中的相关应用做一综述,旨在为将来基于静息态功能磁共振成像对AUD机制的深入研究提供一定的参考依据。As a serious public health problem,alcohol use disorder has brought a huge burden of disease to patients,families,and society.At present,a growing number of studies have shown that brain function is impaired in patients with alcohol use disorder.During recent years,with continuous development in neuroimaging technology,resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging technology has been applied in multiple studies for brain functions related to alcohol use disorder,which provides new cues for understanding the pathophysiology of the disorder.This article reviewed publications about resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging applicated in alcohol use disorder in recent years,by such to provide some helps in theoretical bases for future studies along this line.
