区间值广义正交模糊Aczel-Alsina Power算子及其群决策应用研究

摘　　要：根据Aczel-Alsina(AA)算子的灵活性与幂(PA)算子对异常数据处理能力,文章提出了区间值广义正交模糊集下AA与PA的融合算子及其多属性群决策方法.首先提出了融合的区间值广义正交AAPA的运算法则,在运算法则基础上,提出了区间值广义正交AAPA算子(IVq-ROFAAPA)和区间值广义正交AAPA加权平均算子(IVq-ROFAAPWA),并研究了它们的性质.在IVq-ROFAAPWA算子的基础上,提出了群决策方法,风险预警案例实施表明,提出的算子及决策方法可行且有效.According to the flexibility of the Aczel Alsina(AA)aggregation operator and the abnormal data processing ability of the Power Average(PA)operator,this paper proposes a fusion operator of the AA operator and the PA operator under the interval-valued q-rung othopair fuzzy set,and its applications of multiple attribute group decision making problems.We first present some new operations of interval-valued q-rung othopair AA Power average operator.Then based on these operations,interval valued q-rung othopair AA Power average fusion operator(IVq-ROFAAPA)and interval-valued q-rung othopair AA Power weighted average fusion operator(IVq-ROFAAPWA)are proposed.We set up different properties of these operators.At the same time,the group decision making method based on IVq-ROFAAPWA operator is studied.We present an example to show the practicality and viability of our proposed approach.
