摘　　要：[目的]介绍自体富血小板血浆(platelet-rich plasma,PRP)治疗脂肪肉瘤切除后顽固性创面的手术技术和初步临床效果。[方法]对12例脂肪肉瘤切除后顽固性创面患者行PRP注射后缝合创面。采集患者外周血制作PRP 10~40 ml。注射PRP 1~2次完全填充缺损,Ⅰ期缝合创面。术后行B超检查,明确深部间隙愈合情况。术后及随访观察患者伤口肉芽组织的生长情况、伤口愈合情况。[结果]10例患者创面Ⅰ期愈合,2例患者经二次清创,二次自体PRP填充后,联合VSD持续负压引流,均于2周后创面愈合。所有患者伤口均愈合较好,外观良好,无窦道形成。[结论]PRP治疗脂肪肉瘤切除后顽固性创面可以充分填充深部间隙,促进创面愈合,能够取得满意的临床疗效。[Objective]To introduce the surgical techniques and preliminary clinical outcomes of autologous platelet-rich plasma(PRP)used for intractable wounds after liposarcoma resection.[Methods]A total of 12 patients with intractable wounds secondary to resec⁃tion of liposarcoma underwent direct closure of the wound by suture after injection of PRP.The peripheral blood was collected,and 10~40 ml PRP was prepared.After debridement,the wound was completely filled by PRP once or twice,and closed by suture at the same stage.Ul⁃trasonography was performed after surgery to confirm the deep space healing,while the growth of wound granulation tissue and wound heal⁃ing were observed after operation and follow-up.[Results]All the 10 patients had the wound healed at stageⅠ,while the other 2 patients had wound healing after secondary debridement,and the second PRP filling and continuous negative pressure drainage with VSD.At the latest follow-up,all patients got good wound healing with good appearance and no sinus formation.[Conclusion]The PRP can fully fill deep space and promote wound healing in the treatment of refractory wound secondary to liposarcoma resection,and does achieve satisfacto⁃ry clinical efficacy.
