摘 要:将叙事疗法理念应用于大学生思想政治教育工作中,有助于建立更积极的师生关系,帮助学生跳出“二元视角”看待问题。文章通过阐述叙事疗法的基本理念对大学生思想政治教育的积极影响,展示其在实际工作中的应用和成效,通过发现丰厚的支线故事,引导学生看到自己被忽视的闪光点,促进师生情感的双向奔赴,进而激发学生内在成长动力,从而提升思政育人效果,拓宽“大思政”工作思路。This paper investigates how to apply narrative therapy theory to the ideological and political education among college students.It shows this theory contributes to establishing a more constructive teacher-student relationship and avoiding the dual perspective when students are confronted with difficulties.By identifying those abundant side stories,students can be guided to notice their neglected distinctive qualities.Therefore,it is practical to elevating students' initiative for proactive thinking inside and outside the classroom,advancing the two-way emotions between teachers and students,and stimulating its internal motive force for development.This paper concludes that the above way is applicable to improvement for ideological and political education and widening the working pattern in great ideological and political education.
