两种复合树脂在青少年前牙美容修复的近远期疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 分析与对比3M ESPE Z350XT光固化复合树脂与义获嘉伟瓦登特大师树脂在青少年前牙美容修复的近远期疗效。方法 2019年3月至2022年5月选择在某某医院进行前牙美容的前牙缺损青少年87例作为研究对象,根据1∶1随机掷硬币原则把患者分为研究组44例与对照组43例。所有患者都给予纳米树脂进行美容修复,对照组采用义获嘉伟瓦登特大师树脂,研究组采用3M ESPE Z350XT光固化复合树脂,观察与记录两组的近远期疗效。结果 术后3个月研究组的近期总有效率为97.7%,对照组为83.7%,研究组显著显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月期间研究组的牙周炎、修复体松动、修复体脱落等并发症发生率为4.5%,对照组为18.6%,研究组与对照组相比显著减少(P<0.05)。两组术后3个月的菌斑指数与牙龈指数显著少于术前1天(P<0.05),研究组术后3个月的菌斑指数与牙龈指数也显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后12个月的远期美容修复满意度为100.0%,显著高于对照组的86.0%(P<0.05)。研究组术后12个月的社会功能、情感职能、生理功能、精神健康等生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 相对于义获嘉伟瓦登特大师树脂,3M ESPE Z350XT光固化复合树脂在青少年前牙美容修复的应用能提高近期疗效,改善患者的菌斑指数与牙龈指数,降低并发症发生率,还可提高患者的美容满意度,改善患者的生活质量。Objective To analysis and compare the short-term and long-term efficacy of 3M ESPE Z350XT Light Curing Composite Resin and Ivoclar Vivadent IPS Empress Direct Master resin in cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth in adolescents.Method From March 2019 to May 2022,87 cases of adolescents with anterior tooth defects who underwent anterior tooth cosmetic surgery at a certain hospital were selected as the study subjects.Accorded to the 1∶1 random coin toss principle,the patients were divided into the study group of 44 cases and the control group of 43 cases.All patients were treated with nano resin for cosmetic repair.The control group were used Ivoclar Vivadent IPS Empress Direct Master resin,while the study group were used 3M ESPE Z350XT Light Curing Composite Resin.The short-term and long-term therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and recorded.Result Three months after surgery,the short-term total effective rate of the study group were 97.7%,while the control group were 83.7%.The study group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as periodontitis,prosthesis loosening,and prosthesis detachment in the study group were 4.5%and 18.6%in the control group during the 3-month postoperative period.The study group showed a significant decrease compared to the control group(P<0.05).The plaque index and gingival index of the two groups at 3 months after surgery were significantly lower than those at 1 day before surgery(P<0.05),and the plaque index and gingival index of the study group at 3 months after surgery were also significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate with long-term cosmetic repair in the study group at 12 months after surgery were 100.0%that were significantly higher than the 86.0%in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of social function,emotional function,physiological function,and mental health in the study group at 12 months after surgery were significantly higher than those in the cont
