摘  要:利用Ansys Workbench软件对船舶I型加筋板架进行有限元分析。建立优化数学模型,对板架的上板厚度、下板厚度、板筋高度以及板筋厚度进行优化。利用灵敏度分析法分析在重压载荷条件下相关结构对板架的最大变形以及质量的影响,并利用响应面法对板架进行优化。结果表明优化后的某I型船舶加筋板架质量减轻了21%,证明该方法可以实现船舶I型加筋板架的轻量化设计。The finite element analysis of I-type ship stiffened plate frame is carried out by using Ansys Workbench software.The optimization mathematical model is established to optimize the thickness of the upper plate,the thickness of the lower plate,the plate rib height and the plate rib thickness.The sensitivity analysis is used to analyze the influence of related structures on the maximum deformation and mass of the plate frame under heavy load conditions,and the response surface method is used to optimize the plate frame.The results show that the mass of an I-type ship stiffened plate is reduced by 27%by using this method,which proves that it can realize the lightweight design of I-type ship stiffened plate.
