摘　　要：随着种植技术的普及发展,4或6颗植体支持的无牙颌固定一体桥在固位、稳定、美观和功能上都被证实是一种长期可靠的修复方案。除了植体和手术方案外,上部结构的设计对修复的远期效果也起着至关重要的作用。本文就无牙颌一体桥上部支架和饰面的形态设计和材料选择做一介绍,以期为获得长期稳定的修复效果提供临床参考。With the development of dental implant technology,4 or 6 implants supported complete-arch fixed prostheses in edentulous jaw has been proved to be a long-term reliable rehabilitation solution in terms of retention,stability,aesthetics and function.In addition to the implant and surgical plan,the design of the superstructure also plays a critical role in the long-term outcome of the rehabilitation.In this paper,the shape design and material selection of the framework and surface of the complete-arch fixed prostheses in edentulous jaw are introduced in order to provide clinical reference for obtaining long-term stable rehabilitation results.
