高速公路改扩建匝道封闭存在的问题及解决方案研究

摘　　要：在高速公路改扩建过程中,需要对沿线部分互通立交匝道实施封闭,不可避免要对沿线地区出行带来很大影响。以京哈高速公路绥中(冀辽界)至盘锦段(以下简称“沈山高速”)改扩建为例,介绍了沈山高速改扩建互通立交建设分布情况及匝道封闭方案,分析了互通立交匝道封闭带来的问题,提出了应对措施,为今后类似改扩建匝道封闭工作提供参考。In the process of expressway reconstruction and expansion,it is necessary to close some interchange ramps along the line,which will inevitably have a significant impact on travel in the areas along the line.Taking the reconstruction and expansion of Suizhong(Hebei Liaoning border)-Panjin section of Beijing-Harbin expressway(hereinafter referred to as "Shenshan expressway") as an example,the distribution of interchange construction and ramp closure scheme in the reconstruction and expansion of Shenshan expressway are introduced,the problems brought by the interchange ramp closure are analyzed,and the solutions are put forward,so as to provide reference for similar reconstruction and expansion ramp closure in the future.
