摘　　要：目的 对中国健康人群血硒含量的分布进行Meta分析。方法 检索PubMed、CNKI、万方数据库从建库至2022年4月发表的有关中国健康人群血硒含量的横断面研究、病例对照研究,使用JBI量表(Joanna Briggs Institute,JBI)对纳入文献进行质量评估;采用统计软件Stata 16.0软件对符合标准的纳入文献进行Meta分析。结果 最终纳入41篇文献,共纳入研究的样本量为35 979例。Meta分析结果显示,中国健康人群平均血硒含量127.06μg/L(95%CI:113.93~140.18,I2=99.9%)。结论 中国健康人群平均血硒含量为127.06μg/L,但受纳入研究数量和质量的限制,以及不同年龄、地区人群的平均血硒含量差别较大,上述结论仍需进行进一步的研究予以验证。Objective To systematically evaluate the distribution of blood selenium content in healthy Chinese population by Meta-analysis.Methods PubMed,CNKI and Wanfang databases were searched for cross-sectional studies and case-control studies on blood selenium content in healthy Chinese population published from the establishment of the database to April 2022.The quality assessment of included literature was conducted by using the Joanna Briggs Institute scale(JBI);Statistical software Stata 16.0 was used to perform Meta-analysis on the included literature that met the criteria.Results A total of 41 articles were included,with a total sample size of 35979 cases.The results of meta-analysis showed that the average blood selenium content of healthy Chinese population was 127.06μg/L(95%CI:113.93-140.18,I2=99.9%).Conclusions The average blood selenium content of healthy people in China is 127.06μg/L,but due to the limitation of the quantity and quality of included studies,and the large differences in the average blood selenium content of people among different age groups and regions,the above conclusions still need to be verified by further research.
