摘  要:目的 了解厦门市居民营养健康知识水平,为营养干预政策提供科学依据。方法 采用多阶段分层与人口成比例的整群抽样方法,在2021年4至8月期间对厦门市18~64岁的常住居民进行营养健康知识及其相关因素问卷调查。结果 共调查1 487人,营养健康知识平均得分为70分,中位得分为72(63.5,78.5)分;问卷调查模块中,食品安全和节约食物部分得分相对较高,选择食物部分得分最低;调查人群中获取营养健康知识的途径主要是微信/微博/抖音/快手等软件;多因素分析结果显示,性别、年龄、文化程度、工作单位和慢性病患病情况是影响营养健康知识得分的相关因素。结论 文化程度较低、非医疗卫生机构、男性、未患慢性病人群和18~24岁人群的营养健康知识水平较低。在开展膳食营养健康知识宣传教育时应重点关注如何选择食物,重点加强文化程度较低、非医疗卫生机构、男性、未患慢性病人群和18~24岁人群的宣传工作。objective To understand the nutritional health knowledge level of Xiamen residents,and to provide a scientific basis for nutrition intervention policies.Methods A multi-stage stratification and population-proportional group sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey of permanent residents aged 18-64 from April to August in 2021.Results A total of 1487 people were surveyed,the average score of nutritional health knowledge was 70,and the median score was 72(63.5,78.5);In the questionnaire module,the score of food safety and food conservation were relatively high,and that of food selection was the lowest;The main way to obtain nutritional health knowledge among the survey population was WeChat/Weibo/TikTok/Kuaishou and other software.The results of multi-factor analysis showed that gender,age,education level,work unit and prevalence of chronic diseases were the related factors affecting the score of nutritional health knowledge.Conclusions The level of nutritional health knowledge in low-educated people,non-medical and health institutions,male,patients without chronic diseases and people aged 18-24 were low.When carrying out information and education on dietary nutrition and health,we should focus on how to choose food and strengthen the publicity work of low-educated people,non-medical and health institutions,male,patients without chronic diseases and people aged 18-24.
