团队合作理念下高职院校开展党史教育的路径研究

摘　　要：当前,高校开展党史教育,培养担当民族复兴大任的时代英才,是大学生思想政治教育的重要内容。高职院校在团队合作理念下开展学生党史教育,有利于充分发挥学生的主体作用,提高党史教育的实效性。在团队合作理念下,教师可以针对当前高职学生党史知识匮乏、部分高职院校党史教育趋于形式化和表面化的困境,从加强团队建设,以团队合作为依托,以思政课为主渠道,开展丰富多彩的课内党史教育活动和党史教育课外实践活动,借助现代化信息技术,开展形式新颖的党史教育活动,完善团队合作考核评价机制等方面入手,不断拓展党史教育活动途径,提升高职院校思想政治教育的效果。Currently,carrying out Party history education in universities and cultivating era talents who shoulder the responsibility of national rejuvenation is an important content of ideological and political education for college students.Carrying out Party history education for students in higher vocational colleges under the concept of teamwork is conducive to fully playing the role of students as the main body and improving the effectiveness of Party history education.Under the concept of teamwork,teachers can address the current difficulties of vocational college students'lack of knowledge about Party history and the tendency of Party history education in some vocational colleges to become formal and superficial.By strengthening team building,relying on team cooperation,and using ideological and political courses as the main channel,teachers can carry out rich and colorful in class party history education activities and extracurricular party history education practical activities.With the help of modern information technology,teachers can carry out innovative forms of Party history education activities,starting from improving the team cooperation assessment and evaluation mechanism,continuously expanding the channels of party history education activities,and improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.
