摘 要:根据激光三角法的测量原理,当物面发生倾斜时,线激光传感器会存在测量误差。为提高测量精度,使用精密光学平台、线激光传感器和倾角调节平台搭建了倾角误差测量系统,分析了XOZ平面和YOZ平面倾角误差产生的原因,对不同倾角下线激光传感器的误差进行测定,通过MATLAB对误差数据进行拟合和补偿。以90 mm标准量块作为被测对象,测量并补偿不同倾角下的数据。实验结果表明:误差标定后,平均测量误差减小了0.011 mm,激光线残差均值控制在±0.050 mm以内,提高了物面发生倾斜时线激光传感器的测量精度。Due to the measurement principle of laser triangulation,the linear laser sensor will have measurement errors when the object surface is tilted.In order to improve the measurement accuracy,a precision optical platform,a line laser sensor and an inclination adjustment platform were used to build an inclination error measurement system.The causes of inclination errors in XOZ plane and YOZ plane were analyzed,and the errors of down-line laser sensors with different inclination angles were measured.The error data were fitted and compensated by MATLAB.The 90 mm standard gauge block was used as the measured object to measure and compensate the data under different inclination angles.The experimental results show that the average measurement error is reduced by 0.011 mm after error calibration,and the mean laser line residual is controlled within ±0.050 mm,which improves the measurement accuracy of the line laser sensor when the object surface is tilted.
