摘  要:研究各向异性的压电半导体半空间中Rayleigh波的传播特性,由压电半导体材料的本构方程和控制方程推导出压电半导体介质的状态微分方程.定义传递矩阵和刚度矩阵,推导状态转移变系数矩阵方程,求出半无限大压电半导体空间的传递矩阵与表面刚度矩阵.结合表面边界条件给出压电半导体半空间在不同表面边界条件下的Rayleigh波波速方程,分析了压电半导体半空间中Rayleigh波的传播特性.The propagation characteristics of Rayleigh waves in piezoelectric semiconductor semi-space were investigated,based on the constitutive equation and governing equation of piezoelectric semiconductor material,the state differential equation of piezoelectric semiconductor medium is derived.The transfer matrix and stiffness matrix were defined and the state transition variable coefficient matrix equation was derived,the transfer matrix and surface stiffness matrix of semi-infinite piezoelectric semiconductor space are obtained.The velocity equations of Rayleigh waves in piezoelectric semiconductor semi-space were given under different surface boundary conditions,the propagation characteristics of Rayleigh waves in piezoelectric semiconductor semi-space are analyzed.
