摘 要:在负反馈放大器的经典论述中,对于反馈网路反馈作用、电阻效应和直通作用这3方面效用的分析至今仍有不够完善之处.为了对反馈网路这3方面效用作出统一而严谨的阐释,将反馈网络视为三端钮网络,证明了三端钮网络可以用与双口网络类同的参数等效模型实现等效.对于电流串联负反馈放大器,其中的反馈网络将利用z参数等效,z参数等效电路中的4个元件可以分为3类,这3类元件的不同功能足以阐释反馈网络3方面效用的原理机制.这种处理方法可以在同一个分析层级上,将反馈网络对放大器所产生的各种效应和影响进行一次性的完整引入.因而其产生机制得到很好的厘清,有助于学生或一般电路工作者通过简单正确的思维路径建立起清晰的相关概念系统.In the traditional explanation of negative feedback amplifier,the analysis of feedback effect,resistance effect and pass-through effect produced by feedback network is still imperfect.Aimed to achieve a unified and rigorous explanation for the three types of the feedback network effects,regards the feedback network as a three-terminal network.It is deductive that the three-terminal network can be equivalent by using the same parameter equivalent model as the two-port network.In the series-series negative feedback amplifier,the feedback network should employ the z-parameter equivalent model.The four components in the z-parameter equivalent circuit can be classified as three categories.The different functions of these three categories of components can sufficiently explain the principle and mechanism of the three types of the feedback network effects.In this way,all types of efficacy or influences of feedback network to amplifier are introduced at once in the same analysis step.Therefore,the effect mechanism is well clarified,and it is helpful for students or common circuit engineer to ascertain the relevant concept system through a simple and correct intelligence path.
