福州市水资源生态足迹与生态承载力分析

摘　　要：基于生态足迹模型计算2012—2020年福州市人均水资源生态足迹和生态承载力,并运用水资源可持续指数、万元GDP水资源生态足迹以及水资源负载指数分析福州市水资源的可持续利用状况。结果表明,福州市2012—2020年人均水资源生态足迹变化不大,2020年比2012年上升了1.5%,农业用水足迹和工业用水足迹是水资源生态足迹的主要类型。人均水资源承载力2020年比2012年降低了80.0%。水资源生态盈余始终存在,但明显减少。万元GDP水资源生态足迹的降低,表明福州市水资源利用率在提升。水资源负载指数增加,说明福州市水资源利用潜力在下降,某些年份甚至需要从其他流域调水。Based on the ecological footprint model,the per capita water resources ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity of Fuzhou City from 2012 to 2020 were calculated.The sustainable utilization of water resources in Fuzhou City was analyzed by using the sustainable index of water resources,the water resources ecological footprint per ten-thousand-yuan GDP and the load index of water resources.The results showed that the per capita water resources ecological footprint of Fuzhou City did not change significantly from 2012 to 2020.In 2020,it increased by 1.5% compared with 2012.Agricultural water resources ecological footprint and industrial water resources ecological footprint were the main types of water resources ecological footprint.In 2020,the per capita ecological carrying capacity of water resources decreased by 80.0%compared with 2012.The ecological surplus of water resources always existed,but it was obviously decreasing.The water resources ecological footprint per ten-thousand-yuan GDP decreased,the utilization rate of water resources in Fuzhou City was increasing.The increase of water resource load index indicates that the water resource utilization potential of Fuzhou City was decreasing,and in some years,it was even necessary to transfer water from other basins.
