摘  要:[目的]研究不同生长年限的多花黄精根茎氨基酸含量差异。[方法]采用全自动氨基酸分析仪测定不同生长年限的多花黄精根茎中氨基酸的含量,以不同生长年限根茎的氨基酸含量为样本,采用聚类、主成分和逐步回归分析建立多花黄精根茎质量综合评价函数。[结果]不同生长年限的多花黄精根茎中检测出17种氨基酸,其中谷氨酸、精氨酸和天冬氨酸的含量明显高于其他氨基酸,人体必需氨基酸含量由大到小依次为1年生>2年生>3年生>4年生>5年生;不同生长年限的多花黄精根茎中总氨基酸含量1年生和2年高于4年生和5年生,3年生的最低。经综合评判,多花黄精的适宜采收期为4年。[结论]该研究为多花黄精根茎采收提供科学依据。[Objective]To study the differences of amino acid content in P.cyrtonema rhizome with different growth years.[Method]A fully automated amino acid analyzer was used to determine the amino acid content in P.cyrtonema rhizomes of different growth years.The amino acid content in P.cyrtonema rhizomes of different years was used as samples,and a comprehensive evaluation function for the quality of P.cyrtonema rhizomes was established using clustering,principal component analysis and stepwise regression analysis.[Result]Seventeen kinds of amino acid were detected from the P.cyrtonema rhizomes of different growth years,of which the contents of glutamic acid,arginine and Aspartic acid were significantly higher than other amino acids.The content of essential amino acid in the human body from large to small was 1 year old>2 years old>3 years old>4 years old>5 years old.The total amino acid content in P.cyrtonema rhizomes with different growth years was higher at 1 year and 2 years than at 4 and 5 years,and the lowest at 3 years.After comprehensive evaluation,the suitable harvesting period for P.cyrtonema was 4 years.[Conclusion]This study provides a scientific basis for harvesting the P.cyrtonema rhizomes.
