摘 要:[目的]通过GC-MS技术,研究柏子养心丸中的挥发性成分。[方法]用正己烷、乙酸乙酯和无水乙醇3种不同溶剂,分别对柏子养心丸的挥发性成分进行超声提取,采用HP-5 MS(30 m×250μm×0.25μm)色谱柱进行分离,分析3种方法提取的挥发性成分,综合解析柏子养心丸的挥发性化学物质基础。[结果]从柏子养心丸中共鉴定出23种挥发性成分,正己烷、乙酸乙酯和无水乙醇超声提取法鉴定的成分数量分别为19、20、21种,共有化合物有18个;3种方法提取的挥发性成分数量、种类差异和物质分子量分布较小,物质的相对含量具有一定的差异;酯类物质是柏子养心丸中挥发性成分的最主要一类物质,藁本内酯可能是柏子养心丸中含量最高的挥发性物质。[结论]该研究初步探明了柏子养心丸中的挥发性成分的组成和相对含量,为柏子养心丸的复方配伍-物质基础-药理作用提供物质研究基础。[Objective]To study the volatile components of Baizi Yangxin Pill by GC-MS technology.[Method]The volatile components of Baizi Yangxin Pill were extracted by ultrasound using three different solvents(n-hexane,ethyl acetate and anhydrous ethanol).The volatile components were separated using HP-5 MS chromatography column(30 m×250μm×0.25μm),and the volatile components extracted by the three methods were analyzed to comprehensively analyze the volatile chemical basis of Baizi Yangxin Pill.[Result]There were 23 volatile components in Baizi Yangxin Pill;19,20 and 21 volatile components were identified from n-hexane,ethyl acetate and ethanol ultrasonic extraction,respectively,there were 18 components in common.The relative content of each compound had certain differences,but the number,species and molecular weight distribution of volatile components were small among the three methods.Esters were the most important volatile compounds,and ligustilide maybe the highest content of the volatile compounds in Baizi Yangxin Pill.[Conclusion]This study preliminarily identified the composition and relative content of volatile components in Baizi Yangxin Pill,providing a research basis for the compound compatibility,substance basis and pharmacological effects of Baizi Yangxin Pill.
