摘 要:基于油气储运工程专业课程实验少有涉及天然气液化工艺中主低温换热设备,自主设计了天然气液化主低温换热器流动换热特性测试装置,装置具有较好的通用性,可实现不同类型的低温换热器流型观测和性能测试。同时基于可拆卸的测试段设计,能够实现绕管式换热器、印刷电路板式换热器等不同换热器结构参数、换热管型等对换热特性影响的研究。介绍了该装置的工艺流程和测试实验件的设计,分析了实验系统用于课程实验的可行性。结合本科生液化天然气利用技术以及传热学等相关课程的教学内容,设计了用于低温换热的绕管式换热器和印刷电路板式换热器的相关教学实验,得出了典型测试条件下流型观测结果及换热和压降特性曲线。The experiment of the oil and gas storage and transportation engineering courses rarely involve the main low-temperature heat exchange equipment in the natural gas liquefaction process.The flow and heat transfer characteristics testing device of the main low-temperature heat exchanger for natural gas liquefaction has been independently designed.The device has good universality and can be used for the flow pattern observation and performance test of different types of low-temperature heat exchangers.At the same time,based on the design of the detachable test section,it can be used to study the influence characteristics of different heat exchanger structural parameters and heat exchange tube types,such as spiral wound tube heat exchangers and printed circuit board heat exchangers,etc.In this paper,the technological process of the device and the design of the test pieces are introduced,and the feasibility of the experimental system for the course experiment are analyzed.In order to expand students' scientific research knowledge and stimulate their interest in learning,combined with the teaching contents of LNG utilization technology,heat transfer and other related courses for undergraduates,the related teaching experiments of wound tube heat exchanger and printed circuit board heat exchanger for low-temperature heat transfer are designed,and the flow pattern observation results and heat transfer and pressure drop characteristic curves under typical test conditions are given.
